How can I start using Scribed Bot?

Start with the Transcribe tool in your Scribed web workspace. The Scribed Bot companion for iOS and Android is in development; contact us about mobile preview availability. It connects to the same workspace transcription library with your existing Scribed account.

Which conversations can I bring in?

Send a notetaker to a Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams meeting, add a YouTube link, or upload an audio or video file. The mobile app also records with your microphone and uploads the recording for transcription.

Does transcription run on my phone?

Recordings are uploaded to your Scribed cloud workspace for processing. The microphone workflow records first and then uploads; it does not provide on-device recognition or live captions.

Will I see the same transcripts in the web workspace?

Yes. The app works with the workspace's Scribed transcription library, using your existing access. It is a separate product from the on-device Scribed Care project.

What do I need in my workspace?

Transcription requires a full Workspace seat. Creating a transcription also requires permission to write in the workspace and available usage billing. Your workspace manages access and billing on the web.
